I don’t accept insurance, but I am an out of network provider for some PPO plans. Payment is made by the client at the time of the session and I can provide a Superbill to you at the end of each month for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. Insurance plans vary widely, so please check with your provider for specific coverage and rates of reimbursement.
Helpful questions to ask your insurance company:
- Do I have mental health or behavioral health coverage?
- Do I have out of network coverage for mental health or behavioral health? If so, what percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out of network provider?
- How many sessions are covered per calendar year?
- What is my deductible? Has my deductible been met?
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
